Robyn innocently accompanied myself (Amy), Sasha Belle, and Juliet on a trip back home to Georgia. We were all really looking forward to the visit, but nothing could have prepared us for Juliet: The Fussy, I won't sleep more than a few minutes at a time girl. Ack! The trip down was tiresome, but doable. Sasha slept nearly the whole way. We had a terrific time with Mom and Dad. We even timed the trip right with (great) Uncle Adrian's 80th Birthday - he looked great! Sasha really enjoyed playing with her older Atlanta cousins. It even snowed!
Juliet's fussiness stemmed from a good reason. After a visit to children's urgent care, we learned she had RSV. It can be serious, but luckily by her age it is not too bad, also it has little to no effect on Sasha or us. She resisted the breathing treatments, but they helped her get better.
The trip back was during the day, Sasha was on her best behavior and slept for the first half - that is 3.5 hours!! Juliet still was not feeling up to par, and really wore us out. Aunt Robyn really had her hands full in the back seat once Sasha awoke. We were glad to be home, but even more glad that we had made the trip. Sasha told Gramee-Georgia on the phone the next day, "I want to come back to your house." Too cute, Sasha Belle is full of cute words these days.
